Repair instructions in every language for the world's windscreen fitters

Belron · Vehicle glass repair — global (Autoglass, Safelite, Carglass) · Heritage engagement

The client

Belron is the world’s vehicle-glass repair group — Autoglass in the UK, Carglass across Europe, Safelite in the US. Tens of thousands of technicians, dozens of countries, one standard of repair to uphold.

The problem

A windscreen fitter mid-job can’t wait for a translation, and a global operations team can’t maintain dozens of diverging instruction sets. Belron needed every technician, in every market, following the same repair procedures — in their own language, at the roadside, instantly.

What EBI built

A specialist multi-language platform for repair instructions: technicians anywhere follow the current procedure in their own language, with no delay and no barrier between them and a prompt, correct repair. One source of truth for the repair knowledge; every market reading from it; customer satisfaction protected by consistency.

Why it matters if you’re reading this

The hard part wasn’t the website — it was treating operational knowledge as data: structured once, governed centrally, delivered in any language. That same pattern now powers far more than instruction manuals; it’s the foundation under every knowledge-driven AI agent EBI deploys today.

A global workforce that needs one source of truth? We'll build it once, for everyone.
